Some folks do the transplanting process in late summer or early fall, or from late August to early September.

If you're thinking of doing this, I'd recommend considering spring or fall as the best times. This way, your plants will have the chance to adjust to the local climate before it's too cold or too hot.

Hey Samira,
If you want this plant to avoid going dormant and keep it from getting stressed, the best time to transplant it is in the late summer or early fall. Try to get it in the ground during the last part of August or the beginning of September.
